Cold Audit (Preventive)
This is a solution for companies that want peace of mind. We conduct it during "peacetime," when no service is knocking on the door. It allows for the calm completion of missing documents, changing defective contracts, and training the team without time pressure.
Advantage: The cost is usually much lower than a penalty, and changes are implemented systematically.
Pre-inspection Audit
Do you already have an inspection date scheduled? This is emergency mode. We focus on the scope indicated in the notification. Julia Krajewska comes to the company immediately in order to fix whatever possible in a matter of days (or even hours) and prepare a communication strategy with the authority.
Advantage: Real reduction in the amount of penalties and protection against decisions that could halt operations.
Which to choose?
If you are aware that your documentation hasn't been verified in a long time — a Cold Audit is the best investment. However, if the notification is already on your desk — do not delay, a Pre-inspection Audit is your only shield.
